Is there really no upfront cost?
Correct. We only earn when we save you money — our fee comes from a share of the savings we negotiate. If we can't reduce your waste costs, you owe us absolutely nothing.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on the information available, provider responses and your current contract. We explain the next steps after reviewing your enquiry.
What if my current contract has time remaining?
No problem. We review your contract terms and identify the best approach — negotiating with your current provider, preparing for contract end, or finding exit clauses.
Do I need to switch waste providers?
Not necessarily. In many cases we negotiate better rates with your existing provider — they'd rather match a competitive price than lose your business. If switching makes sense, we manage the entire transition.
