Compare the whole cost.
Not just the lift rate.

Put two quotes on the same basis. Include known surcharges in the collection price or recurring fees. Enter zero where a charge does not apply.

Use the same waste stream, bin size, collection service and GST basis for both. This is arithmetic using your inputs, not a market-rate quote or a promise of savings.

How the estimate works

Annual recurring cost = price per bin per collection × number of bins × weekly collections × 52, plus monthly fees × 12. First-year total adds the one-off charges you enter. The calculation assumes a constant schedule and rates; it excludes unentered weight, contamination, extra collections, price increases, cancellation costs and rebates. It does not check contract terms. Your figures stay in this browser and are not sent to us.
