What to check
- For household collection, check the council's actual rollout, capacity, frequency and acceptance rules.
- For business collection, map your own materials and service agreement instead of copying a household poster.
- In mixed-use buildings, distinguish household eligibility from retail and office collection.
- Keep signs aligned with the actual service; lid colour does not establish material acceptance.
